Our Team
We are united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful care, and real human connection.
Margo (she/her) works with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, overthinking, and difficulty expressing their needs in romantic or familial relationships. She understands how exhausting it can feel when anxiety takes over and creates distance from the life you want to live. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, Margo helps clients step outside their comfort zones, face difficult emotions, and move toward greater clarity and self-trust.
Her approach is collaborative and grounded in a psychodynamic framework, with integration of solution-focused and CBT-based interventions. She also emphasizes mindfulness and breathwork as tools for increasing awareness and emotional regulation. Margo provides a warm, safe, and nurturing space where clients can explore what may be holding them back from fully connecting with themselves and their needs.
Margo is passionate about supporting individuals who are motivated to engage in meaningful inner work and shift from anxiety and suffering toward greater ease, confidence, and joy. Her goal is to offer a healing, supportive environment where clients can work toward their unique therapeutic goals and live with greater authenticity and abundance.

Anna (she/her) is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, work stress, caregiving, chronic pain, and trauma. She also has a focus on the connection between women’s hormonal health and mental health.
Anna takes a collaborative, gentle approach, supporting clients in making sense of their experiences and becoming curious about the parts of themselves that may feel stuck, shamed, or at odds with one another. As these parts are met with greater understanding and compassion, clients often feel less stuck in shame, frustration, and defeat, and are able to move toward hope and change.
Anna integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, somatic, relational, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches into her work. Her background includes caregiving, case management, and crisis advocacy work with survivors of intimate partner, gender-based, and sexual trauma, which guides her sensitive approach to care. Anna is passionate about supporting clients in reconnecting with their innate resilience and autonomy and building more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
